VIVID’s charitable arm, VIVID Plus, is celebrating a successful first year of partnership with Housing​ Perks, a collaboration that has helped thousands of customers ease the pressure of everyday costs​ through a dedicated discount app. The app provides savings of up to 20% at over 100 major retailers,​ including supermarkets, high street shops, and online stores – covering essentials like groceries, fuel, clothing, and more.
Since its launch, more than 5,000 customers have signed up, purchasing over 16,000 vouchers and​ collectively saving £36,000. The app is available to all VIVID customers – whether they rent a home or garage or are shared owners or leaseholders.
Earlier this year, the initiative took a further step forward with the introduction of rent contributions.​ This new feature allows customers to pay full price for vouchers and have the discount they would have received credited directly to their rent account. It’s a smart, flexible way to manage housing costs – and​ it’s making a difference, with customers already contributing over £10,000 to their rent.
But it’s not just about the numbers. Customers say the app helps them afford essentials, plan for family​ events, and save on everyday items or treats. One VIVID customer said: “Housing Perks has helped me save money on my groceries, it​’s so easy to use when I get to the checkout.”​ Alex Nagle, Customer Service Director at VIVID, said: “It’s great to see the positive impact Housing Perks​ is having.
