Switch Housing, which is operated by the asset management and consultancy company, Switch Management Ltd, has launched a programme to source safe and secure residential accommodation for vulnerable families across the UK.
In partnership with councils and local authorities, Switch Housing is seeking to address the UK’s affordable housing shortage, by sourcing and providing accommodation solutions that enhance the quality of living for vulnerable families, while maximising asset potential for landlords.
Offering a wide range of property and tenancy management services, Switch is now seeking partnerships with private residential landlords, who wish to provide their properties for the purpose of affordable housing.
Utilising its property expertise, Switch manages tenancies on the behalf of landlords, helping to minimise risk with a two-year rental guarantee and maintenance bonds in place for any repairs.
