SNG is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathryn Pennington as Development – Divisional Managing Director, alongside the confirmation of Charlie Stevens as Regional Managing Director for the West.
Kathryn Pennington will join SNG at the beginning of June in a newly created role that will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all development activity across the organisation’s three regions. The position has been established to strengthen coordination and drive operational performance as SNG continues to deliver its development ambitions. Kathryn joins from Untypical and brings with her extensive industry experience, including many years at Vistry.
Charlie Stevens has been appointed as Regional Managing Director for the West following a successful period in the role on an interim basis since late 2025. Charlie has been with SNG for around six years and has made a strong impact leading the region, supporting delivery and performance across the West. His appointment reflects SNG’s commitment to developing and progressing internal talent.
