Orbit Homes achieves four Gold Awards for customer satisfaction

Orbit Homes has been presented with four Gold Awards for customer satisfaction by specialist market research company, In-house Research Ltd.
The independent awards are based on feedback from customers six weeks after they have moved into their new home. The Gold Award is accredited to organisations which achieve a score of 90% or above.

In the survey year, covering handovers from 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2021, Orbit Homes received a Gold Award for an overall customer satisfaction score of 96%.

The In-house Gold Award was also presented to all three Orbit Homes regions:

  • East – 98.6%
  • Midlands – 96.3%
  • South – 94.7%

This is the eighth consecutive year that Orbit Homes has been presented with a Gold Award. This outstanding accolade means that since 2014, more than 90% of Orbit customers would recommend the housebuilder to their friends and family.
