One of the Midlands largest housing associations is a finalist in a top tech award.
Platform Housing Group has been shortlisted in four categories in the 2025 Housing Innovation Awards in four categories; these are:
- Most Innovative Approach to Tenant Communciations;
- Best Digital Experience;
- Best Technology Partner;
- Best Use of Data.
The awards – which are organised and delivered by Housing Digital – aim to recognise and champion innovation within the housing sector and the supply chain that supports it.
The winners will be unveiled at a ceremony on Wednesday 12 February at The International Convention Centre in Birmingham, a world class conference centre in the heart of the West Midlands.

Platform Housing Group’s award entries focussed on its CRM solution which records all information in one place, providing a single point of information for customer services to increase first point of contact resolution.
The solution was developed with the help of Baytree Solutions, a specialised partner with deep housing sector knowledge and experience. It used a customer centric and agile methodology to deliver a solution that was fit for purpose, future proof and robust, resulting in a new approach towards the social landlord’s communications with its customers.
