Packed with guidance for Local Authority & Social Housing providers
The flagship ‘2023 International Property Care Conference’ (#IPCC23) is fast approaching, with just 4 weeks to go. The programme has now been released, and it looks set to be another conference that will address and shed light on the concerns of dampness and mould within buildings.
In the last 12 months, the media attention on dampness has been unprecedented. There is no doubt that there has been a seismic shift in people’s perception of what is acceptable when it comes to damp and mould, with local authorities and social housing providers being in the limelight.
This year’s conference (which takes place on the 21st September) draws attention to these issues with key presentations from Alan Park (the Housing Ombudsman), Kwajo Tweneboa (a social housing activist) and Lady Renee Young (Royal Borough of Kingsington & Chelsea). Additionally, we will be looking ahead at the forecast for what might happen in the property market, views on how we best understand and manage water affecting our buildings, along with a panel debate which asks ‘how we get ventilation and thermal efficiency working in harmony’. All this and much, much more…
With an established line-up of renowned speakers, this year’s conference is one which all local authority and social housing providers (along with many other property professionals) will benefit from attending.
