Executive search firm Granger Reis offers pro-bono support to leading charity LandAid

Granger Reis named sole provider of executive search consultancy services for the charity

Granger Reis, today announces its support for well-renowned property industry charity LandAid. The international search firm will assist the charity through pro-bono executive search consultancy services for its board and committees. Granger Reis will call upon its wealth of experience in the real estate sector and will be managed by Real Estate Partner, Jamie Griffiths-Mead.

LandAid is a UK based charity with a vision of ending youth homelessness in the UK by 2026.  The organisation brings together businesses and industries to support charities delivering life-changing services for young people who are or have been homeless, or who are at risk of homelessness in the future.

Granger Reis supports some of the UK’s, Europe’s and US’ leading real estate development, asset management and investment companies to secure business and functional leaders. The practice has a strong track record in areas such as finance, investment and capital markets, home building and alternative accommodation, commercial and industrial development across EMEA and North America. They have been tasked with an initial brief of finding applicants for the charity’s Finance, Governance & Risk Committee. The search firm is therefore currently seeking candidates that have the wealth of experience in audit and risk and are aligned with the values of the charity.

Jamie Griffiths-Mead, Partner at Granger Reis comments:

“LandAid is closely affiliated with our own views and values. After several meetings with Land Aid CEO, Paul Morrish, it made perfect sense to join forces with our sector’s charity of choice to form a strategic partnership where we can add genuine value on a long-term basis. As the sole provider of executive search consultancy services for the charity, the Real Estate practice at Granger Reis certainly has an important part to play in the development of the charity and it is not a role we will take lightly. We are thrilled with the opportunity to work with such a life changing charity as LandAid and are looking forward to our future assignments with the organisation.”

Paul Morrish, Chief Executive at LandAid says:

“LandAid is hugely grateful for Granger Reis’ support. As the property industry charity, support from it will enable us to achieve our mission – to end youth homelessness. Across the UK, thousands of young people need a home, and LandAid relies on help from the real estate industry to provide these. Granger Reis will be instrumental in ensuring that our Boards and Committees have the right talent to enable us to achieve our mission. Thank you – together we can end youth homelessness.”

Granger Reis has also announced plans to become a foundation partner of the charity. As one of over 60 select companies, it would see them donate a minimum of £10,000 a year.
