Yorkshire Housing has appointed a new director to lead its ambitious plans to provide 3,000 more affordable homes across the region over the next three years.
Andy Gamble takes on the role of director of development in June. He brings more than 30 years’ experience in the affordable housing sector, working with public and private companies.
He joins from Accent Group where he led on development and growth since 2005. He began his career with British Waterways Board, as an assistant mining surveyor. He is a chartered surveyor and member of the Chartered Institute of housing.
Andy said: “I’m delighted to be joining Yorkshire Housing and look forward to the new challenges and opportunities that this role offers. I’m committed to helping the people of Yorkshire to live in quality homes that they can afford and making a real difference to customers’ lives.”
